Restaurant Name: Peppermill
We were taken here for breakfast by my husbands colleague. Real kind of American diner, flourescent blue and pink lighting, artificial trees and plants, huge booths.
I have never eaten in a restaurant on my own before in my life, but the following morning my husband had to work and then I had to meet him at the airport a few hours later. I knew if I didnt have breakfast I would be hungry later so I braved it and went here again by myself.
So glad I did, it was just as good second time round.
Staff very nice, helpful and polite.
Besides the dining area as you walk in, walk further on and you enter a Fireside Lounge, a pit with water and fire erupting.
Open 24 hours
Favorite Dish: I had hash browns, eggs, bacon. Good sized portions.

Restaurant Name: Victorian Room
We had wondered into the Barbary Coast Hotel/Casino sat and had a drink at the bar and decided to eat there, in fact there was a queue and we had to put our names down.
Eventually it was our turn, well I wish we hadnt bothered, we were sat near the kitchen doorway, the carpet was dirty, the staff slovenly and whats more you could not even get a glass of wine. Well in the end you could but the staff had to get someone from the bar/casino to come and take our order, what a fiasco.
Favorite Dish: Cant even remember what the meal was it was that exciting.......NOT!!!!!
In fact I do rememeber my husband asking could he have a side salad with his meal and they said that was only on the lunch time menu!!!!!!!! The service was slow to say the least and the food not that good.

Restaurant Name: Circus Circus Buffet
Our first morning and we wanted breakfast, the Circus Circus was only 5 minutes walk away and so we decided to give it a try. Wish we hadn'nt bothered.
I think the breakfast was about $9.50 and you dont mind paying for something that is hot and edible, this was neither.
Would'nt go there again.
