Ingleton a village in the Pennines is in the Yorkshire Dales. It is surrounded by the most beautiful countryside, mountains, streams and a very popular place to visit. |
It was an area of coal mining, quarrying and cotton mills. Now only quarrying is still in existance. |
Waterfall Walk The Waterfall Walk is a must when visiting Ingleton. The A65 Leeds - Lakes by passes here.
Places to visit while in this area are The Settle and Carlisle Railway - which is a steam railway. Also Morecambe and Blackpool. |
