"Welcome to Wales!" Cardiff by loja

For one day we decided to go to another country! From London we went to .. the capital of Wales, to Cardiff!

2 months earlier we found by www.couchsurfing.com one guy who agreed to show us Cardiff. We bought ticket on http://www.virgintrains.co.uk/
We payed 88 pounds for 2 person.

It took 2 hours by train from London toCardiff. Ioan met us and we went to explore Cardiff..

Firstly, we went to Cardiff castle . Entrance fee: 8.55
To be honest, there is no many places to visit in Cardiff so you should probably visit Cardiff castle :-) And yes, it is very beautiful inside!

Also inside you can found a small souvenirs shop!

Cardiff Bay, Cardiff, Wales

One of the most famous place in Cardiff of course is a Cardiff Bay!
If weather is fine you can take a long walk here! Actually, it is very beautiful! There youcan found a small bridge, beautiful views and lots of walking people and dogs!

Trying some Welsh food in Cardiff

Oh Welsh food...
Yes, when we decided to go to the capital of Wales,we decidedthat we will try a national Welsh food. Firstly,Ioan bought us a small Welsh cakes. Oh, what a tasty thing! If you'll visit Cardiff, buy theyr small Welsh cackes! Totally recommend!

But we also went to The Crocerton (pub/restaurant) and ate some Welsh dishes. Do not remmember theyr names, but.. I suppose this is the first and the final time when I ate Welsh food. It's okay, but I prefer another dishes :-) But I'm happy that I tried! Really!
