Around Vodnjan, Istria

Vodnjan is a small town, settled on the hill. Vodnjan was famous in the Roman time as Vicus Attinianum, so, yes, it's pretty old. Inside the historic nucleus, the town preserved its characteristic Medieval look with atria and narrow streets, irregularly winding among houses and peaceful caffe bars with pleasant staff.

Energetic fields, Magic and all that stuff...

Ok, so Istria is famous for its special energetic fields which have healing powers, allegedly. But, there is true to it - Istria lyes on Earth's energetic meridians that is on the so called "Dragon's furrow". These meridians emanate positive Earth life energy into their surroundings and in places where these "furrows" intersect... My friend, toc, has told me all about Buddhist monks that have houses there just near a little church sv. Foska little church where you can feel all that...

So, Dunja & I (ok, just me) were excited to finally see sv. Foska...Was is magnificent beauty or just good day, we really felt at peace... Place where life is not so serious...and you feel grateful....ki'nnda

Our Hosts

We stayed at holiday house Bozac. This is an old, stoned house...I was sleeping in the Oragne room and Dunja in Red room. Rooms match colors, you see... ;) This place is like heaven to rest . If I were writer, I would write there...
