Where William Wordsworth Lived!

Grasmere is a village in the Lake District National Park which adjacent to Grasmere lake (the village is named after). The village is famous for William Wordsworth who lived in the village and where visitors can his homes, Dove Cottage and Rydal Mount. The village's church, St Oswalds Church, is where the Wordsworth family graves are.

We travelled through Grasmere during July 2011 but we didn't stop.
