Peulla

Peulla, at the far end of Lago Todos Los Santos, is a stopping point on the Lakes Crossing where travellers take lunch or participate in the outdoor activities before continuing onto Argentina. Although you can visit Peulla on a day trip from Puerto Varas or Petrohue, there isn't that much to see and do there except explore its lakeshore and surrounding mountain scenery, visit the waterfull and enjoy the Hotel Peulla's facilities. There is an acitvity centre there where you can participate in various sports. If you're continuing onto Argentina, you can see Monte Tronador, the highest peak in the area and ride through its virgin forests.
