Ushuaia, El Fin Del Mundo!

Ushuaia is only 1000 km from Antarctica! For me, this is the closest I'll ever get to the white continent and it didn't fail to disappoint! My first impressions were when I sat on the plane and when we began to descend, we saw the dramatic scenery of the mountains and the Beagle Channel.

Ushuaia has a unique history from the Yamana Indians and the arrival of the Europeans in the 19th Century. Obviously, Ushuaia is the gateway to Antarctica but if you're not going to there, Ushuaia has interesting things to see and do including the museums and taking a cruise on the Beagle Channel.

Ushuaia is very expensive so you need to bring plenty of cash!
