  Thanks for the comment. Truly we are not hard to please and always expect some mishap whilst on holidays. But this property, attitude and lack of customer care is a blight on Townsville; a place struggling to overcome a lack of tourism and really trying hard to generate visitor interest. The work done to encourage visitation to the area is remarkable. The strand and dining areas at South Townsville are really world class. Shame that the same can't be said for the Jupiters business enterprise.

  Hi,I totally agree with your comments regarding Jupiters at Townsville,we have been there a couple of times--the first in 1995 was great..then 1996 was deplorable,we were flooded in due to a cyclone and were treated badly by management..no food offered or discount etc for people who had no other option but to stay extra days.I was hoping they would have improved over the years but 'NO' they indeed have not.
  Sorry your stay was not a positive one.
