Chiba as a capital city of Chiba-ken

Chiba-shi is the capital and has the largest population in Chiba prefecture. Just like Kawasaki, Yokohama and Saitama it has wards with limited autonomy. As a tourist place, however, it is never thought of as a tourist area. Because in Chiba prefecture there are a lot of nice cities to visit such as Urayasu best known by Disney Resort, Tateyama hottest tourist area and Choshi, a fishery town and so on and on.
