One day we decided to take a 2 1/2 hour train trip to the Monkey World Ape Rescue Centre, which is 10mins by bus from Wool. It was a really pleasant trip, seeing the country side and other little cities and places. I enjoyed it. Didn't enjoy the price though. I could not believe how expensive the train travel is!! Cost us something like 70 pounds return which converts to about A$150!!! For 5 hours!!! Maddness!! As a comparison it costs us A$60 to travel 5 hours on a bus and train to Melbourne!
But anyway thought you would like a couple of pics of little Wool.

Never heard of Wool before! - yes train travel is bloody expensive here - I have a Network railcard which gives me a 1/3rd reduction on all trips... definitely worth getting one if you are here for longer and plan to do more train travel. Maria
