I don't know why its called that. It should be painted or renamed.

Directions: OK go to the Black Church. Head south to the synagogue then go west until you hit the tennis club under the draper's bastion. Circle around the disused recreation club and continue toward the funicular. On the left is the so-called "Black Church"
