Brussels is my favorite city in the EU until 2005 when the Czech Republic joins and is superceded by Prague, Hradec Kralove, Brno, Olomouc, Cesky Budejovice, Plzen, and Mlada Boleslav. Brussels is the Capital of the EU and host to such multinational organizations as NATO, Procter and Gamble, and <A HREF="http://news.bbc.co.uk/hi/e nglish/world/europe/newsid_1719000/1719629.stm">al-Qaeda.</A> Brussels is currently basking in the reflected glow of the new european currency, the Euro. No more loose change from three countries setting off alarm bells at airport security! Anyone want my old Belgian francs? |
