Cute little village

Avondale Estates is a suburb of Atlanta very close to Decatur. It is a very close knit area with all residents participating in keeping the local flavor of the village intact. Slow driving speeds and picturesque houses set the tone.
Founded in 1924 by George Willis who purchased thte entire village of Ingelside to found a new planned community. Named after Stratford-On-Avon and somewhat styled to look that way (Tudor-style)
