Spending time with Kris & Leo | My beautiful daughter and my little prince |
For over 20 years I've been coming to White Plains, mostly for the malls and shopping. My daughter and her family have been calling White Plains home for the past two years so I find myself visiting and exploring this city more and more. I enjoy any time I spend with my daughter and grandson and try to visit at least once every weekend (mostly Saturdays).
White Plains has been growing by leaps and bounds so much so that Trump has a building here and so does the Ritz (these are high end residential living). There are so many great places to shop and eat, so I always combine a visit with my family to enjoy all that White Plains has to offer.

|  | Shopper & Food Lover's Paradise White Plains is a fantastic city to spend time in. I usually find myself here visitng Kris and Leo on any given weekend. We have our usual shopping destinations as well as favorite places to get something to eat.
As for Shopping, The Westchester is a high end mall with all the designer stores to fancy and expensive shopping spree. Within walking distance is the City Centre with chain stores like Barnes & Noble and Target. The Galleria, another mall, caters to those stores you find in any strip mall like Nine West, Victoria Secrets, Forever 21 and many others. Basically, White Plains is a shoppers dream come true...everything within short distances to each other.
Along with great shopping opportunites you'll find wonderful places to eat. White Plains has many chain restaurants like Legal Sea Foods, P.F. Chang's Cheesecake Factory, Applebee's and Cold Stone Creamery to name a few, but you can also find other types of places to eat. Some of my favorite places are Asian Temptation, Melting Pot, Iron Tomato and White Plains Coach Diner.

My beautiful grandson My main reason for visiting White Plains of course is to spend time with my grandson Leo (and my daughter as well). Leo is growing so fast that I don't want to miss a minute of his life. Time does pass us by so quickly and recently Leo celebrated his 2nd birthday. I can't belive that he has already turned two. He is growing so quickly and right before my eyes. I've been blessed to have such a loving and wonderful daughter and grandson. Leo is such a pleasure to be around, he is loving, caring and such a good boy. He is very well behaved and we don't encounter any problems with him while we are out shopping or just enjoying a meal together while catching up on our lives.
My daughter and her husband also recently purchased their first new home which is quite exciting!!! As the warmer months approach we'll be spending even more time together in her nice huge backyard where we plan to enjoy summer days lazying around and doing some bbq'ng. | | |
