Why we visit Foxwoods | Me and my babe on Christmas day |
We visit Foxwoods often because its the only casino "poker room" in New England with more than 100 tables at the WPT World Poker Room.
Ferni plays Texas Hold'em at the high stakes no-limit tables. What a rush when he wins!! He's a very good player and quite good at winning. He's currently working on winning a few more local tournaments before he hits the Poker Tours!!!
Along with the WPT Poker Room, Foxwoods also has world class dinning, shopping and accomodations with the newest being the MGM Grand at Foxwoods where we recently stayed. |
|  | More than just a Casino If you don't gamble, no worries. Foxwoods has some excellent places to shop and great places to eat so you will definitely find something to do during your visit here.
When I visit Foxwoods I definitely indulge in some great food and shopping and if Ferni is hitting the tables or playing a tournament, I'll make sure to schedule a day of pampering at the spa.
So, you see, you can enjoy a casino without having to gamble! |

Good summary for the folks who love gambling. A friend insisted I go..but it isn't for me. Loved the museum on another visit. They did a super job on that. You are lucky to be a winner. |
