BUSINESS AND PLEASURE IN DUBLIN While on a business trip to Dublin I decided to ask my babe to join me for a few days before going back home. This was the first time that either of us had been to Dublin and although it was short, Fermi and I had a fantastic time exploring a new city together.
Because work brought me to Dublin, I spent the first three days working long hours putting together a 1 day conference for my boss. My plan was to see a bit of Dublin with my Ferni right after my work was completed because I had to be back in NYC a few days later.
Ferni and I had a great time wandering around Dublin without an agenda or schedule, just taking in what we could at our pace.

| | THE THINGS YOU CAN DO IN JUST A FEW DAYS People are always surprised at the amount of things that I see and do while on a short trip. I make the best of my time, always trying to fit in some local culture or local events.
Dublin was little different in that we barely had 2 days to actually see as much as we could, and we sure did see quite a lot.
Ferni and I decided to walk with no set agenda, just a short list of a few places I wanted to visit, and if we did get to do them, great, if not, next time. We actually did get do see all we wanted (except the book of Kells).
We walked all over Dublin and we were able to see St. Stephen's Green, Merrion Square, Trinity College, Temple Bar, Christ Church, St. Patrick's cathedral and Dublin Castle. |
