While checking in, the front desk upgraded us to an Executive Level Suite. The suite was wonderful with a great living area with sweeping views of the Harbour Bridge, half bathroom, writing desk and ample living space. The bedroom also had beautiful views of the Harbour Bridge, Circular Quay/The Rocks. The master bathroom had a standing shower, double sinks, separate toilet and the jacuzzi!!
Unique Qualities: Fantastic views of Harbour Bridge, Circular Quay and the Rocks. Staying at the Executive Level floor recieve complimentary breakfast buffet until 10:30 am, afternoon hor douvres (unitl 7:30 pm) and complimentary drinks and dessert service until 9:30 pm. Yeah, this includes champagne, yum!! Beware, during our visit the hotel was charging AUS$ 29.95 for internet service. If you don't have plug adaptors the hotel will provide them for you, just remember to return them and they will be deducted from the final bill (at a whopping AUS$20 each, no reason to keep them).

balhannah Tue May 5, 2009 20:43 UTC Excellent tips and photos on Sydney. Love your Koala photo, so lucky to get him head on, usually they are a fury ball. Haven't been to the Botanic gdns, they look good by your photos. | Mikebb Tue Mar 3, 2009 21:01 UTC Superb page, I lived in Sydney for my first 27 years & you have captured the city extremely well. Went to school opposite the Opera House, appreciate harbour & city views. Visit Hamilton Island when on Barrier Reef. | Joseph69 Fri Nov 21, 2008 03:10 UTC Janet, do you realise you are #1 on the Sydney pages!?! Well done, and great photos! Australia Square is a better restaurant than Centrepoint Tower (AMP). ;) Good choice! Cheers, Joseph. | ViajesdelMundo Wed Nov 12, 2008 01:19 UTC My last couple yrs in Sydney, I lived in Mosman and we could hear the animals in the Zoo at night! but when I first arrived, via ship in late 60s, the Opera House wasn't even finished.....special memories. |
