The United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland was formed in 1922 after the rest of Ireland became autonomous. It is made up of England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. While they form one administrative unit (with regional exceptions) they all have their own cultures, languages, traditions and political histories.

I am not able to cover all of the UK as I have yet to visit Wales and Northern Ireland or even a great deal of England but I have put together interesting places and attractions which I visited on my travels through England and Scotland.
