This delightful B & B is located 3 miles east of Athens, on the way to Lake Athens and the Texas Freshwater Fisheries Center. The have 5 rooms available , The Great Room, Mammy's Room and the Twin Pines Room, The Nest, and the Oak Leaf Room, all decorated accordingly.

Breakfast is very traditional country breakfast, biscuits, sausage gravy, eggs and grits (or hash browns), bacon and sausage, an assortment of jams and jellies, and hot coffee. There is over the 12 acres with old century old oak trees, patio swings, and a water garden to enjoy.
