    • Favorite Thing: Lucerne is delightfully picturesque and apart from cruising on the Lake and climbing Rigi, the best thing to do is just wander around the town and see the evidence of the medieval period which is still evident in the wonderfully painted buildings of the town centre and the wooden bridges that cross the River Reuss. There are wonderful sidewalk cafe's as well.

    • Favorite Thing: There are lots of lovely sidewalk cafes on the lake shore.

    Its very relaxed and you get a great view of the Lake and Chapel Bridge on the river.
