    Getting TO/AROUND: By Air : Brisbane International Airport is at Eagle Farm, 13kms from the city centre. The Domestic Terminal is 17 kms from the city. A frequent coach service (SkyTrans) runs between the airport terminals, city hotels and Transit Centre.

    By Rail : The Great South Pacific Express runs from Sydney and Cairns to Brisbane.

    By Train : The Citytrain network covers Brisbane and South East Queensland providing a reliable and first-class passenger rail service.

    By Boat : The Brisbane river meanders through the city and a pleasant way of seeing the city is by one of the many ferries that link the city to South Bank and the Dockside and Kangaroo Point.

    By Taxi : Taxis services are plentiful in Brisbane, operating on a 24-hour basis with metered fares. Tipping is not expected.

     Brisbane is surely the best known as the capital but I didn't know much about it as a tourist attraction. I like especially your tips and pictures of Brisbane Arbour (amazing), Glass House Mountains and the Big Pineapple (enjoyable).

     I enjoyed by stay in Brisbane and my visit to the gardens and the Lone Pine Sanctuary. Nice page .
