Favorite Thing: Fremantle - or Freo as the locals call it, is a favourite area of mine. I lived in Perth for 2 years just south of Freo and so a visit there most weekends was usually on the agenda.

The shopping is great as well as the restaurants. There are some very different type of stores all set in a lovely historic environment. At the weekends, the buskers are out in force providing plenty of street entertainment.
