All in all,i recomend this hotel because it was very nice indeed.The setting was very nice and the gardens,food,drink,sports,activities and service was 10 out of 10.I will go back......

Our hotel package included watersports

Our hotel package included watersports on the lagoon.I had a go at Kayaking and canoeing which was good fun.There was also windsurfing,snorkeling,sailing and boat trips.

Unique Qualities: There was only one disadvantage,the food,drink was so good,ive piled on the pounds....

Hotel had five restaurants

The evening meals were great too.There were 5 restaurants,i tried 3.My favourite was the chinese.The food was buffet and the drinks were waiter.The food here was freshly cooked and gorgous.As soon as my glass was nearly empty,they topped it up again.There was also a barbique near the pool from 11pm to 1am which was good because if you have been drinking alot,you need something to soak up all that alcohol.(great excuse)I enjoyed many burgers and chips here(help-my waistline

I found the staff very helpful...

I found the staff very helpful and friendly.The room was abit basic,but it was spotless and cleaned properly everyday.The food here was spot on.The breakfast here was great.It was a buffet breakfast and chefs were cooking things fresh all the time.The choice was exellent.They had fresh friut,cerael,bread and toast,ommelettes,sausages,chips,tomatoes,bacon.Everything that you could possibly want.
This is one of the beaches at our hotel'Club Las Velas'.It was great.This was the quiet beach and the other beach was the action beach.Our room was just opposite the beach and the bar,GREATTT...:
I enjoyed the Mexican restuarant too.The service was good here also.Plenty of good food and plenty of choice.

Hotel had tropical fish pond

We stayed at Club Las Velas all inclusive.The hotel was perfect.It was built in the style of a Mexican village,with tropical gardens,fountains and a huge aquaruim with tropical fish and turtles.The buildings were only 2 stories high and built around the main square.It was very natural.The food was wonderful and the 24 hour bar was great.My favourite cocktail was Pina Colada.

Hotel had two beaches

There were also 2 pools which were great.Again,one was in a quiet location and very relaxing and the other was the party pool,where the Amigos hotel Team played party and drinking games.There were also 5 bars which were open all the time in rotation.One bar was set in tropical gardens and this was my favourite one by far.I sat drinking my cocktail listening to tropical birds singing and watching the fish and turtles in the aquaruim.

Our hotel was on the hotel...

Our hotel was on the hotel zone and it was on The Nichupte lagoon side.The Caribbean sea was a 5 minute walk away.I found this hotel one of the best ive stayed in.The gardens were amazing and the lagoon beaches(2 of them)were very nice too.One was the party beach and the other was the quiet beach.I found this good because you could choose if you wanted action and noise or you wanted just to relax and enjoy peace.
Here is the beautiful hotel we stayed at .The hotel had wonderful tropical gardens and fountains and was very relaxing.There were 5 bars,5 restaurantss,2 pools and 2 beaches.PARADISE..

Eating breakfast next to the lagoon.

The Nichupte lagoon at our hotel.I enjoyed sitting here and eating my fresh breakfasts while birds and fish swam by.
