Champers.Right on the water edge in Hastings.This wine bar and restaurant is always full of people and action.The dining room upstairs has great views of the bay.There is a huge menu with local fresh foods.The lobster here is good.They also have a huge wine list.I enjoyed sitting on the open terrece ,feeling the light breeze.Dinner costs between $15-36.
