Barbados is beautiful-but pricey

Stunning Beaches
265,000 people live together in Barbados, this 166 square mile island.Barbados used to be inhabited by Amerindians. In 1627,British settled here and Barbados gained independance from Britain in 1966.

Barbados has great political stability and people have a good quality of life.Barbados is a number 1 developing country.Sugar has been the main product for 350 years or so.All that lovely rum.Tourism is now the main money maker.

I found Barbados expensive compared to other Caribbean Islands, but i did enjoy it .I would go back when i have saved up enough. It is very laid back and people do not hurry to do things. It is a paradise, beautiful beaches, lovely weather(best time to go for sun is Nov-April,it rains more from May-Oct.)The food was wonderful and there were plenty of trips to see the great Island and the Rum is a must buy and so was the shopping and the history of this Island is very interesting.
Surfing is great in Barb

Religion

Barb people are mostly friendly and law followers and they are also religious. There are over 100 religions in churches all over Barbados.

Beautiful weather, plenty of rain to feed fresh springs and crops, fruit, veg, fresh fish and poultry and the love of outdoor sports make Barbados people fit and live a long healthy life.

Banks Beer

Do try the Banks beer and take a tour of a plantation house. If you are on a budget,do not go here as you will find it hard not to do all the things you can not afford.Average temp is around 28 and from May-Oct,it will be more humid.I found the humidity in Sept almost unbearable.Do try and go Nov-April when more pleasant.
Lush green Barbados
