CAPE Town is one of the most beautiful cities ive ever been to in the world. It has a meditereanean climate and you can visit it any time of year.In winter, between June -August,temp ranges 7-20c with sunny days and from Sept-Nov,the weather is unpredictable.Dec to March can be very hot, around 28c.
The Cape is a great place for nature lovers and there is still a feel of history and historic buildings have been preserved. The population is around 540,000 whites,900,000 blacks people,18,000 Asians. The Cape has a 1000-meter high flat topped mountain with virtually sheer cliffs dropping down from it.Around the Cape, there are great mountain walks, vineyards, beautiful beaches, great shopping, lovely restaurants and of course great weather.
I went to Cape Town for 3 weeks over Christmas with my husband and his parents and stayed with his sister who lives in Cape Town. She lived about 10 minutes from the centre and i really enjoyed my stay here. Her name is Caroline and her husband is called Dean, and their two chidren are called Benjiman and Rebecca. We must go back soon and visit them. |
