When I lived in Germany, we used to come up here on weekends to see the Hurling and or Football matches on the television. Always a wonderful time. There is so much to this town that you should make it a definite stop on any trip in the area.
I recently returned in February 2008 to show Liz the sights. It was important for me to show her places I have been and have had fond memories of. We arrived by train on a chilly winter day but we had fun wandering around Heidelberg with each other.
I think judging by the picture above we some how managed to keep warm ;) |
