9th Avenue Food Festival 9th Avenue Food Festival Review

This is a wonderful event each May the weekend after Mother's Day where they close most of mid 9th Avenue for a food festival. Running from the 30s to the 50s it is such a unique chance to taste your way through the west side. All sorts of restaurants have booths there. Always a good excuse for a VT meeting in May. If you're coming for the festival let me know and I'll see what I can set up.

Clean Air Smoke Free since '03 Review

Thats right. No smoking here. All I can really say is I wish they'd made these laws back when California did it. Now if we could just get you all off the sidewalks and away from the doorways. Go kill yourselves somewhere else.

Personal commentary aside I can tell you that especially in the outer boroughs you can still smoke after hours. This is in places where they just don't care or get heads up to inspections. My neighborhood I can promise you you can smoke in all the bars after 11pm and some all the time.

Century 21. I finally went here myself after telling so many about it along the way. The deals in here are real. i saved 25% off of another stores sale price on a shirt I bought. So I bought it here and returned it to the other store. Never again will I shop in those other places without checking here first.

The store is located on the east side of the old trade center complex.

Give back once in a while

Every once in a while you should give back a little and get the bartenders drunk. They serve your needs so much. Have a party and let them have some fun.

Yes indeed. This is THE way for me to cook. I have a pile of menus about 2 inches high with different places to order from. Anything you want you can have delivered in this city. This include groceries and beer if you feel like cooking but dont want to go out.
