Port Liberty

Liz and I always go away for the Thanksgiving Holiday. We like to escape and be with each other instead of staying home and indulging in too much food and football. Thanksgiving 2008 we planned a nice cruise to the Caribbean on Explorer of the Seas. The cruise headed to San Juan, St. Thomas and Turks & Caicos. A few of our ports were cancelled due to bad weather....but we made the best of it.

Leaving from Port Libert in New Jersey was vey easy. Liz's Dad dropped us off at the pier and away we went. It was fun to sail under the Verrazano-Narrows Bridge while having a cocktail.

Little Did She Know

Little did Liz know...she'd arrive back in New jersey an engaged woman. As always we had an amazing time together. We saw some new places that neither of us had travelled to and made some great memories. There is nothing better than traveling with someone you love ...everything is so much sweeter.

Liked the picture of you calling Mom to say "See yah later!"...nice tips!!! and yes, medical emergencies happen all the time...and Liz looks great -- you are one lucky man!!! Norman :)
