Salem is more than just the Witch Trials of 1692 ....It's a nice little town on the water with a seafaring history. Liz and I often find ourselves stopping in Salem for a weekend or just for a day during one of our roadtrips.
Salem has some nice attractions such as the House of the Seven Gables, The Peabody Essex Museum, The Witch Museum, Winter Island, The Witch Dungeon and the Martime Center. Salem is an easy place to walk around or to catch a Trolley to all the main attractions. |
