My second trip to Rhodes was in February of 1997. It was much nicer to have an idea of what we were doing. Mike, Shawn(in pic) and I rented a car at the and drove the first day to Embonas. I can't explain why this town is so special for us. Mike had been with me on my first trip to this town in 1995. It is a small out of the way town that really shows a life not many from big cities can handle. We finally made it there around late lunch time because we stopped to do some site seeing.

Yup, we rented a car, too (only one day). It was a great idea. And the lack of red tape was amazing. We walked in, handed over the dough & got the keys in something like 5 minutes. | Mariajoy Tue Jan 6, 2004 11:28 UTC
