Central Hostel - Dublin
Kinlay House Dublin: Central Hostel Kinlay House Dublin Review
Show Prices

This place served its purpose. It was a cheap place to stay. Sadly I've become too aware of what I give up to stay in a hostel. I miss being able to read myself to sleep. I miss having a bathroom to my self. Etc. But I would recommend this place to others. It is very clean. Friendly. And cheap.

ABC Guest House: Nice B&B between airport and city. ABC Guesthouse Review
Show Prices

This is a B&B we found by searching on www.tripadvisor.com. Lucky for us it worked out well. The location was good. It has a pub down the street which I liked even though the food left a little to be desired and the bus stop is right out front.

The service here was great and friendly and I was quite happy with it. The room was very basic. A bed and a light, a small tv and a tiny bathroom. But for the rate and the location we were very happy to be here and take that nap upon arrival.

Unique Qualities: Service was excellent. In fact excellent is an understatement.

Off season was 35 Euros per person.

Address: 57 Upper Drumcondra Road

Comparison: less expensive than average

Directions: Just beyond the Skylon Hotel

Price: US$40-80

George Frederic Handel Hotel: Nice hotel around corner from Kinley House George Frederic Handel Hotel Review

Although I was not a registered guest and did not sleep in this hotel I did find it a very nice and comfortable experience. Part of my party I was traveling with stayed here and as such we used it as a meeting place and resting place.

Unique Qualities: The most unique quality about this hotel is the history of it and its name.
