Yes I know its from Victoria. But even in NSW I prefer this beer. VB. It is a favorite of mine when I travel. There are many other fine Australian beers to try out too. Go forth and find your favorite.

It took me half way through my second stay to finally learn this practice. Tipping here is not done. Sure its appreciated but you come off as a tourist more than your appearance and styles. Seriously folks. Its not needed and not done here. Use the extra money to have another pint or pay for the ever increasingly expensive hotels.

When we were walking in Circular Quay there were some Aboriginal people in traditinal dress and face paint playing the didgeridoo. You were able to take picture of them and with them for a small "donation".

Hi Chris, Great Sydney page, I lived there for my first 27 years. Tip, next visit take the ferry to Manly, turn left from Ferry Terminal and walk the foreshore path towards Sydney, spectacular views, you can continue to Harbour Bridge, it will take a day. | ilko4002 Sun Mar 23, 2008 17:46 UTC
