Strasbourg? I wonder what it means?
OK so I know it isn't Salsbury but who of you really knows what it means. I don't.
I knew nothing of this town before I arrived. Just an hour down the line and a good day trip. I managed to make it here only two or three times. The unfortunate victim of different language and currency I spent more of my weekend day trips heading elsewhere in Germany instead of coming here. |

It means "fortification on the streets", the streets being those from other cities - this was a big junction. The Romans called it Argentororum, city of silver. |
