Niagara Falls is as beautiful as we've heard and seen in pictures all our lives, but the truly impressive part of Niagara is the area itself. I'm not sure what we were expecting, but were pleasantly surprised with how beautiful everything was...from the parks/flowers upkeep to the cleanliness.
After hearing about how "touristy" Niagara is, we pictured beautiful falls with souvenir shops galour opening regularly by every tom ,dick and harry that wanted a piece of the pie . Sure there's souvenir shops. But this town is nothing but class becoming classier.
We were blessed with perfect weather all days but one, which made the park and benches a fabulous place to stop and smell the roses (and multiple tulips).
