There are so many different places to see in Seoul, take the time to go and see the various Palaces, traditional Korean villages, numerous markets and of course the North Seoul tower.
There are various Palaces throughout Seoul, some are walking distance from each other but others might be easier getting the tourist bus and hopping off at the various sites of interest. Gyeongbokgung Palace is just beyond Gwanghwamun square and is well worth a visit. There is quite a bit to walk around and see in Gyeongbokgung Palace so definitely make the most of it!
There are various markets throughout Seoul so make sure you pick up your tourist map from the airport on arrival. They have the markets listed on the maps. If you are looking for clothing, bedroom linen etc these markets are excellent. Don't miss these markets and of course try the local food in the markets too!
