Ho chi min city... former saigon as the taxi driver provided to remind me.. italian? lot of mafia.. once in this palace there was a lot of americans.... this town is definitely a mess. streams of scooters everywhere bip bip it's a low stream but really bip impressive scooter with 1 two three people and a biiiip bip kid onboard horning every now and then to show bip bip their existence. the fan on the roof make you think about mr sheen... it's easy to look out of the window and say "saigon, sh*t! I'm only still im saigon"..
A part the initial shock, vietnam is definitely a place to go.

According to recent published ex secret USA documents, we should thanks MR Kissinger for persuading mr nixon not to nuke this fantastic place.

Great photos and info! I was in Vietnam 10 years ago and do remember the deliscious food and difficulties to cross the street.
