Fondest memory: On the picture the building where u can drink water with all kind of minerals in several grades.

Special building

Favorite thing: For me anyway. When u are standing in front of the Marble Palace u will see this building in the middle of the park.
Some friend of my mam painted it for her from a postard and this drawing was in our home all the time when i was little.
But i didnt feel or could imagine anything about Morshin before my fist visit.

Its not a really beautifull building but the shhape of it is, looks like an UFO.:-)

I saw there was a door inside it and some people were getting tools to work in the park.

Favorite thing: When walking through the center and the park u will see the Budet like the above picture and near this building there is this place were locals are filling bekers, jerrycans etc.
On the picture my uncle Dimitri, aunt Ira and i.
The water is coming from a beauifull statue build in the wall.

Morszyn, sanatory, fresh air and mountains

Favorite thing: <font color='blue'><DIV ID='LAYER1' STYLE='POSITION:STATIC;BACKGROUND-COLOR:yellow'>visit Morszyn a 'Kuhrort' or 'Spa'. I love this place not only but also because my family lives there.
Its great to have longs walks in the fresh air, beautifull nature

Fondest memory: MORSHYN, Morszyn
Morshyn is one of the unique resorts in Ukraine, founded in 1878.
This is a balneological resort, mainly characterized by its mineral waters. It is located in a foresty area at the height of 340 m above the sea level. Clean highly ionized with oxygen air which is absolutely free of radiation will make staying at the resort pleasant and useful because it favorably influences central nervous system, heart and vessel systems, and lungs.
Morshyn Spa:For me it is being back in time! like 50-ys or 60ys.
There are many springs of sulphidic, chloride- sulphatic and sodium-calcic water to be found within the boundaries of the Lviv Oblast'.
I tried some of the waters but i cant say i liked it. For me the taste was way to strongh. But.. the water at my granma's well was fantastic. Many people from the village are getting water from this well for cooking and drinking. Its very cold and has a real good taste:-)
Morshyn Spa is is situated 89 kilometres (about 60 miles) from the city of Lviv in a strikingly beautiful valley surrounded by forests at the foot of the Carpathian Mountains.
The climate there is mild, moderately humid. In the alleys of the Morshyn parks it is cool and shady even on the warmest days; furry squirrels run hither and thither freely, showing no fear of people.
A brass orchestra plays popular tunes of today as well as those that were popular a hundred years ago when tradition of brass orchestra performances started in the Morshyn parks.
Mineral water from the local springs as well as ozokerite (mineral wax) are used for treatment their mineral water of with medicinal digestive tracts.
People who stay at the spa take properties not only at the specially equipped centre but often go to the springs from which the water is drawn, because the local tradition has it that those who watch water coming directly from the natural springs are rejuvenated and made beautiful.They drink this sparkling water and fill handy vessels to take it home with them.
