we have been to the old center of Bergamo and this was just fantastic
A medieval center with copperstones everywhere, old houses and a fantastic restaurant.
Walking down form Citti Alta can be done on foot, but...you have to have a good condition and good knees, the sight is just awesome looking down on the city at night. Imagine 400 years work on the Walls.
just loved the view
maybe in ancient times one could see people or soldiers maybe trying to come up the hilll with torches
- Pros:awesome oldmedieval center
- In a nutshell:want to go back and spend more time here
