"A house in Vincellottes" a Vincelles Travel Page by Orchid

Actually we stayed across the Yonne River from Vincelles, in the little town of Vincellottes, in a fine house at 5 Quai de L'Ÿonne. All the pleasures of Burgundy were at our disposal at the Mini Marchet across the river - soft french cheese, great wines, and fresh bread every morning from the bakery in Vincelles

Surrounding Vincellottes are many small villages, including the wine village of Irancy, fields of wheat and sunflowers, daily markets to visit, and the local centre of Auxerre not so distant.
