"A rainy stop at Loch Tay" Kenmore by ettiewyn

Kenmore Travel Guide: 1 reviews and 2 photos

We were supposed to have a longer stop in Kenmore, but as it was raining cats and dogs when we came along, we just stopped for a few minutes to stretch our legs and have a quick look at Loch Tay. Kenmore is located at the banks of the loch, and I suppose that in sunshine it must be very nice. Unfortunately it rained so hard that we did not see anything. I am usually immune to bad weather, but even I just took some quick photos of the loch and then jumped back on the bus!

Kenmore was the fourth stop of a guided tour I did from Edinburgh, called "Highland Lochs, Glens and Whisky". If you would like to continue on the tour with me, visit the last stop, my Aberfeldy page.

This is almost the weather I would expect for Scotland. It looks ... great and mystical :-)

Haha, yes! :-) Fortunately, I only had this kind of weather once or twice, most of the time I had sunshine or at least clouds, but no rain :-) But Scotland is great and mystical in any weather!!! :-))

Great little page about Scotland's sixth largest loch. A shame about the weather.
