In July 2008 I visited the Åsnen with 2 of my friends.
We went there by car and ferry . The voyage with the ferry Travmünde to Malmö took about 9 hours.
I was so glad when we finally arrived at our destination , because our car was so overloaded
that we scratched the street every little bump we crossed.
We stayed at " Mjölknabben Camping " near Tingsryd . The Campingside is on the little Island Sirkön in the middle of the Åsnen .
The Åsnen is the biggest lake in Småland . Roughly 150 km² in size.
