The Tintenpalast, which translates as "Ink Palace" is the house of Parliament of Namibia.

It was built by the German colonial administration in the early 1900s and it housed the colonial administration. I guess the Germans were notorious about paperwork and the ink that was used to complete it, which is where this building got its name.

By the way, Windhoek is pronounced "Vindhook".
