So many places to go, too many responsibilites and not enough vacation time! |
| | Vieques is a small island off the coast of Puerto Rico. If you are looking for complete rest and relaxation, this is the place to go. Your days will be spent laying on the beach. Your biggest concern will be where you are going to eat dinner. |
St John is my retirement dream. Unfortunately the prices for property are way out of my price range. That is why I play the lottery each week hoping to make my dream come true. It is still the US and there are plenty of islands nearby to go island hoping.
| | This is actually a picture of my Husband, Brother, Sister-In-Law and myself posing on the beach at West Bay seconds from a great snorkleing reef. Too bad they started letting the cruise ships in. |
This place is still one of my favorite destinations. There is lots to do if you like adventures! Do not look for 4-5 star accomodations, you will not find it. We prefer the bungalows over the water at Mangrove Inn Eco and Dive Resort. You can snorkel right from the dock. It is located by itself and you need to take a water taxi to get to town.
| | This is only a great picture of a sunset in Maui. I would not recommend going there unless you like crowds and mass commercialism. It is nice to say, "Been there done that, but I would never go back". I prefer a much more laid back, non-commercialised destination. |
This is my dog, Auggie Doggie. She is our little girl. If you are wondering what is on her but, it is bows she was wearing in hopes that the "Philadelphia Eagles" won the Super Bowl.
| | This is our cat "Itty". We generally call him the cat. My Mom fed him at our house over 12 years ago and he is still here! We keep telling her to come and pick him up but she won't! He talks to much........ |
