Skyway over the 'body of water' in question
I'm not too sure what river this is, it's Bear Creek from the MapQuest folks. Looks a little big to be a creek.

What the hell?
Take a walk around Rochester's downtown. You cannot miss the high-rise that pokes through the atmosphere like a nosebleed. It is SO out of place here. Locals say that the building was built by the Arabic so they would have easy access to the Mayo Clinic. Lower floors of this structure are apartments, that, if you have the bucks to rent the units, you *must* be doing awfully well. (Or, you're sicker n' hell).
I'll have to look into this.
