BERMUDA - I'll be back, dammit!

Can I 'POUT' now?

Serenity on Bailey's Bay
Bermuda is getting ready for some fierce winds, courtesy of Hurricane Florence. My Friends there are hunkered down for the worst. Considering there's nowhere to go, evacuation is pointless. I'll snag pics as they come in.

This might happen. (Oh well....) My time in Bermuda was speckled with happiness, frustration, pride, and thankfulness. The People of Bermuda are remarkable and memorable (albeit the government is kind of weird). To live there and to visit are substantially different, given that being *in* the Populace, there's a lot more latitude. Some of the things I experienced there changed my life and my outlook on it (I'll never wear a plastic trash bag the same way again).

Fantastic and charming, Bermuda will always have a place in my heart.

Having to wake up every morning to this was... well... Heaven to say the least

Southampton

This street sign was (is) brilliant. Wasn't too sure there was a "rest home" about, but loved the signage nonetheless.

Interesting reading about Bermuda. When the Tall Ships came into Brisbane, Australia, 1000's of people, including me, went to see them, what a sight!
