Fortress Marienberg
The origins of this fortress date back to around 1000 B.C., when a Celtic fortified refuge existed on this site.
The fortress is the symbol of Wurzburg and served as a home of the prince-bishops for nearly five centuries. |

I am an American soldier. I lived close to this Hotel in Wurzburg. Iwas ,also, stationed in Taszar, Hungary. I performed at a Hangarian/American 4th of July festival in Kaposvar in 1998. Ever hear of this festival? | MRJ1470 Sat Jul 18, 2009 22:27 UTC
