Lecce and southern Italy

A sleepy town Gallipoli

Gallipoli
We were there from 3pm to 5pm and the whole city was empty! We couldn't find a place to get a map. We just walked around and around in the narrow winding streets until we got to the sea and back. It was like a big maze! The streets and buildings were very pleasant to look at. We also found a church and thought it was the duomo, but there was no way to verify.

The Greek fountain at the entrance of the city on the mainland is worth looking.
