What to buy: When you ride a bike regularly, you will no how anoying it is when it rains and you get all wet ;-)

In China they certainly know, they are a biking nation [just like the dutch] and they have some wonderful raincoats [ponchos actually]. I bought one at a small shop, but you can also get them at the larger stores where they sell everything.

If you plan to travel through china for a long time, you should buy this item where you start your trip. Biking is a wonderful way to see places in many areas, so it will be helpful if you can cover yourself quickly when it starts to rain. When you are walking with a backpack they are great too, because they are wide and you can carry them over your bag!

I bought rainponchos before, but never as strong as the ones you can get in China!
