"Unbelievable Hospitality" Hunza by aukjejetty
Hunza Travel Guide: 106 reviews and 221 photos
From the very first moment on we were introduced to the Pakistani hospitality in the Northern Areas. In the Hunza region we met so many people who invited us in for tea (chai), showed us around and gave us free transport. It was the warmest welcome I have ever had in a country until then. We entered Pakistan at Sust, where we also stayed. From there we walked up to Upper Sust, and were introduced to the life of Tajiks. Not many travellers stay long enought to walk the 3,100 meters up the hill.

Beautiful photos. What a brave spirit you are to go to the out of the way places. I'm envious. Good Luck with your travels and keep taking those wonderful photos!
NIce pages! Waiting for more.... Gulmit is a wonderful place indeed! Oh btw there is a very famous guidebook written by John King which says the Mountain refuge has terrible food though its written long time ago!
Thanks for your comments about Pakistanis.
